Anna Anderson came to Rosemary in March of 2010 as Minister of Music and Missions.  Anna is a native of Wilson, North Carolina and has served churches in Weaverville, Boiling Springs, Washington, and Scotland Neck before joining Rosemary's staff.  Anna graduated from Mars Hill College with a Bachelor of Music concentration in church music.  She also graduated from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Arts in Church Music.  Anna was ordained to the gospel ministry in 2007.  She and her husband LaCount have one daughter, Leah, who is engaged to be married in November of 2011, thus keeping all the family very busy!

Anna and LaCount serve as field personnel with Cooperative Baptist Fellowship.  They work in the eastern North Carolina poverty network and ministry in the area includes homelessness, food distribution, recovery programs, and other kinds of related assistance.  Anna's ministry at Rosemary involves assisting the church in discovering missional ways of serving the community, worship planning, missions education and planning,  and teaching music to various choral and handbell groups.  For fun, Anna enjoys word games, reading recipe books and trying out new recipes, working out at the gym, and movies.
