Vicki graduated from Central Piedmont Community College in 1985 with an Associate of Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Since making her home in Roanoke Rapids she has married, Earl Wheeler, and they have 4 children together.  They started attending Rosemary Baptist in 1989 and Vicki came on staff at Rosemary in 2002.  She is now working through Campbell University for certification in Preschool and Children’s Ministry.
